Magsen Group owns two offices located in Vancouver and Richmond, and has 32 years of long-established business relationship with prestigious banks providing trust and confidence to clients. Magsen Group continues to grow steadily in both sales volume and size, thanks to the hard work of the managers, accountant, and the administrative staff who deliver satisfaction to customers, and also thanks to the past and present clients who keep referring new customers and businesses.
Currently, Magsen Group manages hundreds of rental properties, and has a solid sales force of productive licensed salespersons having accomplished hundreds of sales transactions in the past many years.
Magsen Group consists of the following three companies providing services in real estate trading, rental management, and realtor services, and employs a number of licensed property managers, sales managers, an experienced accountant and administrative staff serving clients in Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland cities.
1) Magsen Realty Inc. - Real Estate Licence: X023621, is a full service real estate company founded by the current President in 1992. The company has enjoyed sustained growth over the years and is fully accredited and covered by errors and omissions insurance under the Real Estate Council of British Columbia.
Magsen Realty Inc. is a client focused company that concerns about the needs of individuals, and is also a technology driven company constantly exploring ways to enhance productivity for the benefit of clients.
2) Magsen Realty Inc. (Richmond) - In 2006, the company had opened its first branch office in Richmond to cope with the increasing businesses. The two Magsen offices are internally connected with internet phones and network computers enabling the staff to serve clients in a more efficient and professional way.
3) Magsen Pro Realty Inc. – a non real estate board member company that provides rental property management services to landlords and tenants, and supports to special real estate licensees.
