1. Billy Yu, B.Sc. – Managing Broker
Mr. Yu is the managing broker of Magsen Realty Inc. with 20 years of working experience in rental management. He is a volunteer of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. giving seminars on Residential Tenancy Act, renting properties, selling and buying real estate properties periodically. He is frequently invited by Fairchild Radio (FM96.1) Vancouver as guest in their live program to talk about various real estate issues. He is also a frequent guest in the Live TV show on Talentvision discussing topics on real estate. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
2. Maurice Yu, B.A. – Rental Division Manager
Mr. Yu is a licensed rental manager with over four years of experience managing both residential and commercial properties. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, B.C., and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
3. Rental Management Staff
Our rental management staff consists of our office administration manager Ms. Stella Chan, licensed rental managers, Mr. Michael Ho, a management assistant and a receptionist. They all work as a team to communicate with the landlords, tenants, and related vendors”
